5. They defy the odds: women make great leaders because the odds are against them and it takes an extra push to get to the top. Women have to balance work and family life and overcome many obstacles while doing so because even if there is talking about their strengths, of top company CEOs only about 3% are women. Therefore, their ability to get to the top despite the gender gap makes them better.
